£12.02 per hour; increases to £13.15 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills.

You will be responsible for
* Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; giving great natural service.
* Being passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
* Working across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
* Putting into practice the training you have received to work safely and effectively.
* Making decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs.

* Being knowledgeable about your store’s performance and understanding your role in driving service and sales.
* Handling products with care to maintain quality.

* Accepting deliveries into the store when required.
