National Head of Sales and Marketing
Glasgow – Location is negotiable
£82,229 - £95,213 per year plus Company car
35 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm
We have an exciting opportunity for a National Head of Sales and Marketing to join our team. The position of National Head of Sales and Marketing sits within out Development department which manages the delivery and development of the Group's affordable housing, market sale, grant funded and regeneration programmes and projects across the UK.
The role of National Head of Sales and Marketing will include:
* Leading on the strategic development of the Group’s commercial programme, by managing housing sales to ensure new homes are sold effectively and efficiently to optimise the returns on the investment in new housing
* Creating and implementing a sales policy framework in support of the Group’s Strategy to enable the delivery of sustainable growth in stock numbers
* Identifying new business opportunities by researching and reporting on the market conditions surrounding existing and proposed projects, to support sales strategies
* Building and managing relationships with internal and external customers at all levels, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately
* Being Responsible for the monthly/quarterly board reporting and weekly financial reporting. Report writing is an essential part of this role
Skills and experiences:
* Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification preferably in a development related discipline including contractual management
* Recent comprehensive experience in a similar role
* Comprehensive experience of managing projects with strong project management skills
* Experience in report writing
* Experience in excel spreadsheets and financial reporting
* A Financial background is desirable
* This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.

Role Salary is dependent on successful candidate’s home location/ local office base as below:
* London area - £90,452 per annum (rising to £95,213 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance)
* Elsewhere in the UK - £82,229 per annum (rising to £86,557 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance)
