Working alongside the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for organising and coordinating First Tier Tribunals Section Renewal and Hospital Manager Appeal meetings for service users, this will see you prepare and arrange paperwork to support the meetings. You will also be responsible for arranging CPA and/or CTR meetings for the patients and provide administrative support to the medical team.

As a Mental Health Act & CPA Administrator, you will process hearings for Mental Health Tribunals and Hospital Managers Reviews, and will be responsible for notifying all parties, obtaining reports, negotiate hearing dates and venue, and providing and processing documentation in line with MHA Code of Practice an procedures.
