This role is a maternity cover position on a 12 month fixed term basis This role will engage with Multi-Stakeholder Initiatives, Non-Government Organisations and the Asda business to ensure that our leverage and objectives are delivered. Successful candidates will; Have detailed understanding of how businesses should operate in-line with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights Enable our business and colleagues to understand the human rights risks associated with our supply chains and operations Be innovative, curious and driven to deliver different options and challenge existing ways of working in a constructive and collaborative way Risk spot, horizon scan and diagnose root causes alongside colleagues and external parties Operate as an established, capable and engaging stakeholder manager both internally and externally who can represent risks, challenges and steer Asda, our work and objectives effectively in partnership with others.
