Field Care Supervisor Clacton and surrounding areas £31,200 per annum mileage paid Full Time Candidates must hold a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle Main Responsibilities To effectively lead and supervise care delivery staff in providing a high-quality and person-centered care and support service to service users in their own homes. Supporting the Branch Manager to ensure that all staff are aware and adhering to all regulatory and statutory obligations as well as company policies and procedures. Care Delivery and Support To visit new clients prior to the provision of a home care package within 24hrs or a temporary care plan to be put in place, to introduce the company to the client, carry out initial risk assessment and health and safety check, ensure client's medication administration record (MAR), care plan and client home notes file are in place. Monitor and audit performance across your area to ensure 100% compliance is achieved Utilise the electronic diary and plan your time (inclusive of travel requirements) 3 months in advance to ensure your area of responsibility remains compliant. Conduct regular audits of care visit and financial transactions records, identify, record and follow up with care delivery staff underperformance where necessary To report and take part in managing a process for reviewing care delivery staff that are underperforming; taking part in any lower level investigations as and when required.
