Are you a dynamic and strategic Senior HR Business Partner looking to make a real impact in a global professional services business? We are seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with senior stakeholders, driving the people agenda and supporting the firm's continued success. Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering you will be based in the Bristol office for 3 days a week. Salary £85k - £90k basic + benefits. You will also need to be comfortable with travelling to London regularly.
About the Role:
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. Working closely with Partners and leadership teams, you will provide expert advice on talent management, employee relations, organisational development, and diversity & inclusion. Leading a small team of HR Advisors, you will be responsible for setting clear objectives and supporting development.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complex employee relations matters, ensuring best practice and compliance
