Role Overview: As a Recruitment Specialist 360, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from securing new vacancies via business development to identifying suitable candidates with the ultimate goal of filling the vacancies within your division.

Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads using all resources available.
2. Secure new vacancies via selling and business development.
3. Achieve targets for daily and weekly activity for new client canvass calls.
4. Maximise 'Cross Sell' opportunities for all Group Brands.
5. Identify competitor information and use it to your advantage.
6. Identify suitable candidates via traditional and imaginative methods.
7. Pre-interviewing and interviewing candidates.
8. Remain compliant to protect our business and clients.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills:
1. Previous recruitment experience is essential, ideally in the maintenance sector.
2. Ability to think creatively to secure roles or find candidates.
