Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading, and highly respected local law firm in the recruitment of a full time Receptionist.\n\nBased on their front desk, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors to the city centre offices.\n\nYou will be required to work as part of the reception team and will process all incoming telephone calls with no undue delay and in a courteous and helpful manner. Similarly, as a receptionist, to receive and process all clients and visitors to the firm, in a helpful, friendly, and professional manner. In these respects, there is a high degree of responsibility to always project the image and ethos of the firm.\n\nDuties will include:\n\n * Effective processing of all incoming telephone calls and conveying of messages.\n\n * Offering provision of telephone support to partners and other employees as required.\n\n * Greeting all clients and visitors who enter the reception area and dealing with their enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.\n\n * Prepare refreshments for business/client meetings.\n\n * Monitor and replenish items in all interview rooms on the allocated in the office.\n\n * Prepare refreshments for business/client meetings.\n\n * To ensure the tidiness of the reception area.\n\n * Copy client ID and certify original copies.\n\n * Accept cheques and prepare receipts.\n\n * Efficient use of case management to facilitate the efficient handling of incoming calls and queries.\n\n * Check and maintain stock levels of pads and pens in meeting rooms.\n\n * Collect DX & Royal Mail, Open, date stamp and sort DX / Post.\n\n * Prepare & deliver post and dx each evening.\n\n * Carry out hand deliveries and collections.\n\n * Ensure the fax machine is operational, distribute faxes to individuals and carry out faxing on instruction.\n\n * Scan and email documents.\n\n * Carry out stock checks and replenish items including stationery, kitchen, and bathroom supplies.\n\n * Monitor the contract cleaning carried out every morning and report to the Facilities Manager any concerns.\n\n * To undertake other clerical and administrative duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.\n\nThis is a full time, fully office based role, working 37.5 hours per week.\n\nUnfortunately due to the number of applications we receive, we are unable to provide individual feedback to all applicants.
