A day in the life of a Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive In this busy but rewarding role you’ll engage supporters and the public through multiple channels. You’ll create, plan, deliver and evaluate multi-channel, compliant, insight-led, audience-centric campaigns to enable us to deliver our marketing and fundraising strategy. You’ll deliver fundraising and marketing projects and campaigns to schedule, to budget and to a high standard. These will inspire and engage new and existing supporters and drive income growth. You’ll work collaboratively across directorates (and liaise with external agencies / suppliers) on integrated campaigns and new initiatives. Monitoring and analysis will be another key aspect of your role. You’ll regularly monitor, communicate and document key performance indicators to track performance and keep key stakeholders updated. You’ll provide commentary to accompany results reporting, drawing on insights and the wider picture to add context. You’ll make recommendations from your analysis; maximising net income and improving engagement. On occasion you’ll provide assistance and coordination to help deliver effective emergency fundraising. You’ll be working as part of a massive, global organisation that responds to emergencies to save lives and support livelihoods. We’re a motivated team with some big goals, so you’ll be busy. But we’re also a kind, helpful bunch of people, so you’ll find support all around you. This is a development role in two stages and you may be appointed at either level, depending on your experience. We'll build a development plan with you, and provide regular coaching sessions, access to internal training, and opportunities to join conferences and other external learning events. Your development plan will be tailored to your individual needs and circumstances. To be a successful Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive you’ll have: Some direct marketing experience and be looking to take the next step in your career Experience of creating and managing a range of projects or campaigns. Confidently working across several channels (e.g. print, DRTV, paid social/programmatic, email, telephone, new products) A passion for creating a brilliant supporter experience Confidence to build collaborative relationships and use your negotiation skills Organisational skills, ability to hit deadlines Excellent numeracy and analytical skills A pro-active mindset, and positive approach Interested?
