Role Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Salespeople to join our team and are interested in speaking to anyone that has previous experience working in sales within the Exhibition & Events industry. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to join our growing business. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry research. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company’s offerings both on-site and off-site. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales and meet or exceed targets. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review. Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention. Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Skills & Qualifications Experience working in the exhibition industry. (desirable) Ability to generate own leads, provide quotes and close sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. Benefits Commission on sales.
