Estate agency – Residential sales
So, you fancy a career in property then this is the role for you.
If your background is in sales, customer service or business development then we can offer you full training within the Sales industry to drive a successful career filled with opportunities. As you would expect as we are part of the largest Estate Agency group in the UK!
Property is all about people. It’s about creating moments that matter. Handing over the keys to that all-important first home, helping a retired couple to downsize – and everything in between. As an Apprentice Sales Negotiator with us, you’ll be at the heart of all of that. You’ll create seamless experiences that put our customers front and centre; experiences that make buying, selling or renting a place an exciting opportunity – something to look forward to because the level of service you offer will be, quite simply, exceptional.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Meeting your own targets (which you’ll agree with your manager)
2. Keeping branch and personal activity records
3. Creating correspondence that’s clear and professional
4. Carrying out business generation activities and converting leads
5. Understanding and promoting other Countrywide services and products
6. Following our service standards and procedures along with all relevant legislation
7. Carrying out various other tasks to support your manager.
8. Complete all relevant online learning compliance training on time, every time
9. Carry out your role in a consistent and compliant manner
10. Maintain a good knowledge of our health and safety policy, especially when it comes to out-of-office appointments and canvassing
11. Comply with all company and statutory legislation, including Estate Agent Act 1979 and Customer Protection Regulations 2008
To be a Sales negotiator, you’ll need to be passionate about property and providing excellent customer service. You should be a clear and professional communicator – as good at listening to others as you are at speaking with them. Strong organisation, planning and problem-solving skills are also a must and, you’ll need to have a full, clean driving licence.
