As a Roadside Rescue Mechanic with The AA, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our members. You'll be part of a tight-knit team, working together to deliver outstanding results and make a positive impact on our customers' lives.
What You'll Do:
* Provide expert vehicle maintenance and repair services to our members, ensuring their vehicles are back on the road quickly and safely.
* Work independently and as part of a team, driving to different locations in all weathers to provide assistance to our customers.
* Communicate effectively with our members, explaining complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry techniques and technologies.
What You'll Need:
* NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
* A full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less.
* Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
