Production Operatives – Temp to Perm Opportunity
Location: Rochdale
Position: Production Operative
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour
The Best Connection Group Ltd is currently recruiting for reliable and dedicated Production Operatives on a temp-to-perm basis for our client in Rochdale. If you demonstrate excellent attendance and timekeeping, there is the potential for a permanent role after a successful probation period.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 08:15 - 17:00
* Friday: 08:15 - 15:30
Key Responsibilities:
* Removing goods from production machines
* Conducting quality control checks
* Manual handling tasks (physical fitness required)
* Operating various machinery, including:
* Band Knife
* Dye Press Cutting Machine
* Slitting Machine
Essential Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail
* Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Recent work references required
