We’re working with one of Manchester’s largest creative and marketing services businesses who are looking for a Bid Coordinator.
Our Client
A global business with a strong heritage, they offer a range of creative and marketing services. It’s a hybrid role with a minimum once per fortnight in the office, but going in slightly more often at first.
The Role
You’ll be helping to deliver the end-to-end bid process management for a range of tender opportunities across the business and across a variety of sectors, working with the Bid Manager and the sales team to deliver bids through to a successful outcome. You’ll ensure clear visibility, awareness and governance of the overall bid process, working closely with internal stakeholders, while ensuring there is a high standard of creativity.
You
You’ll have a number of years experience working in delivering bids. You’ll be highly organised and an excellent communicator, capable of working on multiple bids at one time and pulling together internal resources necessary. A good grasp of PPT design and ideally InDesign is needed, though you will be able to call upon design support on occasions.
