We are currently seeking an organised Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team based in Newmarket. You will be a crucial member of the team providing administrative support to clients. This will be a full-time maternity position based in Newmarket.
As the Administrative Assistant you will be:
1. Organising and maintaining documents using a dedicated software system
2. Developing and maintaining documents and records
3. The first point of contact for clients
4. Managing client files
5. Scheduling appointments
As the Administrative Assistant you will have:
1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
2. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
4. Proficient in using office software and good keyboard skills
