The Job
The Sales Manager role is all about driving dynamic growth and innovation! This leader will spearhead an integrated telesales operation, energize the Agri-Desk service, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve outstanding sales results. Working hand-in-hand with field-based account managers, the Agri-Desk team will focus on the premium palletized product range and expand their impact across the market. The manager will champion a cutting-edge, professional approach using advanced CRM tools, ensuring seamless collaboration with the field sales force, product managers, and marketing team. With ambitious goals in sight, this role is set to smash budgeted margins and unlock new product offerings and remote services, transforming the efficiency and reach of the sales model!
The Candidate
1. Management in a telesales role is highly desirable
2. Proven history of expanding a sales ledger
3. Driven by initiative and achieving results
4. Experience or interest in agriculture would be beneficial
5. Strong communication skills
