About the Role
As Concession Manager at our Fenwick York location, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our brand presence within this premium department store. You’ll lead a small team, delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive performance and represent our brand with pride.
You'll be responsible for:
* Leading by example on the shop floor to drive sales and KPIs
* Providing coaching and development to your team to deliver five-star service
* Ensuring effective visual merchandising and stock replenishment
* Building strong relationships with Fenwick colleagues and management
* Managing rotas, holiday planning, and store operations in line with company expectations
About You
You’ll bring proven retail leadership experience, ideally within a fashion, footwear or accessories environment, and have the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Commercially astute with a focus on results
* Passionate about styling and luxury customer service
* An excellent communicator and team player
* Organised and proactive, with great attention to detail
* Confident in using store systems and analysing performance
