We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Telephone Interview team (TI) in our buzzing central Leeds Office. £25,500 basic salary.
This is a pivotal role for our business where you will be speaking to lots of people throughout the day to help them complete their Life Insurance application. Building rapport with our clients while taking them through the detailed application is key, as well as achieving your targets and goals set by your leader.
Your diary will be prebooked in advance, so each day you will know what your work schedule is.
The key skills required for this role are:
* Superb telephone manner with confidence in pronouncing medical terminology
* Customer Service experience (face to face like retail or hospitality or call centre)
* Great time management - working on booked appointments, often back to back
* Basic computer skills
* Attention to detail
* Empathy
* Resilience
We are able to offer two shift patterns (below). We operate a 40 hour working week for full time roles. You will work every other Saturday 9am-3pm.
Shift 1 - 9am-6pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 3pm on Saturday - alternate Friday and Saturdays - £25,500 basic salary + £510.00 potential quarterly bonus + great benefits
Shift 2 - 12pm-9pm Monday - Thursday. 9am-6pm Friday & 9am-3pm Saturday - alternate Friday and Saturdays - £25,500 basic salary + £3000.00 late shift allowance + £570.00 potential quarterly bonus + great benefits
This is a hybrid role where you would work two/three days in the office (10 days per month). Mondays and Wednesdays are the regular TI team days in the office.
