Anderson Knight is currently recruiting a Junior Buyer to join one of our clients based in Clydebank. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing products and suppliers to meet the company’s requirements Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and negotiate pricing and delivery terms Monitor and analyse market trends to ensure competitive pricing and product availability Help with stock management, including order placement and stock replenishment Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations Ensure that all procurement activities are in line with company policies and procedures Provide administrative support to the buying team, including data entry and reporting Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a buying or purchasing role (desirable but not essential) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work well within a team and independently Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel A proactive and problem-solving attitude What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career development and progression A supportive and collaborative working environment A chance to work with a well-respected and established company in the industry
