* CSCS Card
* Full PPE (High Viz, Hard Hat, Steel Toe Capped Boots)
* Own tools
* Previous onsite experience
* Two working references

* New build work
* Be capable in more than one trade such as Carpentry, Painting & others
* Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
