Dealership Depot Manager – Farnborough
We are currently seeking an experienced Dealership Depot Manager to join a well-established company. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy commercial depot.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the aftersales service provided to the customers, driving profitability, ensuring high customer service standards, and managing a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
Maximise profitability of parts and service departments through efficient staff utilisation and organisation
Assist with budgeting in collaboration with GM/FC
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards
Oversee recruitment and selection of staff across all departments
Contribute to development of operational and administrative systems for quality, efficiency, and timeliness
Stay updated on relevant legal requirements
Strive to exceed customer service level expectations and agreements
Develop and implement staff training plans
Maintain high standards for depot premises in line with company guidelines
Ensure adequate security measures are in place for the depot
Seek new business opportunities in collaboration with GM/GSM
Resolve invoice-related queries promptly
Monitor warranty and contract ledger
Participate in company campaigns and competitions
Perform other duties as required by the General Manager
Key Skills & Requirements:
Experience in a main dealer workshop
Strong leadership and team management skills
Current driving licence
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
Computer literate
