About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at bedigital. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our business development efforts, identifying strategic partnership opportunities, building strong network relationships, and driving growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in helping us achieve our ambitious plans for growth. You will have a solid understanding of sales and business development principles, with a proven track record of consistently achieving targets. Additionally, you will have demonstrable experience in a professional services environment, with very strong commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
* Leverage industry research to identify suitable organisations to approach and build relationships with key decision-makers.
* Develop and deliver client presentations to large and small groups, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
* Work closely with our marketing team to create innovative ways to draw attention to our brand and drive engagement.
* Utilise available tools to identify and approach leads, including LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.
* Manage our CRM system to ensure it is up-to-date and GDPR compliant.
Requirements
* Solid exposure in a sales and business development role, with evidence of consistently achieving targets.
* Demonstrable experience in a professional services environment, with very strong commercial awareness.
* Experience of developing and delivering client presentations to large and small groups.
* Strong network relationships and ability to build partnerships.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
