To help achieve this, we're looking for an Executive Assistant and Administrator to support our Advance Wound Management (AWM) R&D Business Unit.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in administrative tasks to join a dynamic team who are at the forefront of innovation in our business. It will require an individual who is proactive and self-starting to handle the administration for senior leaders and offer specialised project support. What will you be doing?
You'll be an effective assistant to our Vice President for AWM R&D and to the wider AWM R&D team. You'll represent them in key tasks related to facilities and office requirements. Your role will be varied and wide-ranging, including:
* General Administration including handling purchase orders, statements of work, and providing contracts for ongoing projects.
* Scheduling face-to-face and virtual meetings, and coordinating diary management to ensure flawless coordination.
* Handling travel expense reports and ensuring timely submissions.
* Registering for conferences and events, and assisting with travel arrangements.
* Setting up and facilitating leadership meetings and Town Hall gatherings, ensuring all requirements are met.
* Ensuring all expenses are submitted in a timely way.
* Checking for changes and updating the organisational structure as needed.
* Handling ad hoc requests for workshops & hospitality needs.
What will you need to be successful?
We're looking for someone with either an educational background in Business and Administration, or experience within a Corporate Executive Assistant role.
As well as this you'll respond well under time pressures and be proactive in your approach to work. You'll be an effective communicator with great organisational control and the ability to work well with people at all levels within the business.
