Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen within our team on ward 102, which specialises in emergency and general surgery. We are a fast paced emergency surgical ward caring for patients who are admitted via the emergency portals, providing patient care across a wide variety of specialities. Including upper and lower GI, Urology, Gynaecology, Vascular and general surgery. You will participate in innovative and evidenced based nursing practice through professional leadership supporting the clinical team with close liaison with the senior sister and senior team We pride ourselves in developing the specialist skills required to deliver our services to achieve high quality patient care. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will be required to hold excellent clinical skills and expertise in the care of surgical patients.
