The Stephen Wiltshire Centre provides Short Breaks to children with disabilities and complex needs in London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. We provide after school sessions, weekend Short Breaks, and Holiday Provision for children and young people aged 8-18 with a range of needs, as well as delivering play and stay sessions for under 5’s. We also provide Outreach in the Community for some children, as part of their Short Breaks packages.
We are currently recruiting 4 casual Short Breaks Workers: The Casual Short Breaks Delivery Worker will deliver Short Breaks for children with complex needs and disabilities ensuring that all aspects of their needs are met both within Stephen Wiltshire Centre and within the community. The Short Breaks Delivery Worker will ensure they work within the standards set by OFSTED and the CQC in their role to support engagement in quality short breaks for our children.
