My client is a leading independent passenger lift company, specializing in the installation, repair, and servicing of all levels of passenger lifts. Due to an increase in sales in 2024, they are now looking for a new member to join their sales team on the service side of the business. They seek a highly motivated, capable, and dedicated individual to expand and maintain their sizeable service portfolio.
We are looking for someone confident, reliable, and able to work on their own initiative. Main duties include:
1. Prospecting for new service accounts.
2. Liaising with current clients for further sites.
3. Tender compilation and bidding.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
1. The ability to generate leads.
2. Sales closing skills.
3. Quoting service contracts required for existing and new customers.
4. Liaising with customers.
5. Completing costings for tenders.
6. Key account management where applicable.
Past experience in a similar role is required, however, not necessarily within the lift industry. Training will be provided for specific in-house systems including CRM.
