Our client, a market leader, is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Team Leader to join their passionate and knowledgeable team. Responsibilities:
* Support the Service Delivery Manager in maintaining high levels of customer service and resolving any issues that arise. Implement solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction across the service delivery team.
* Maintain accurate financial records and assist management in forecasting and budgeting activities.
* Manage and coach the service delivery team, ensuring they meet agreed upon performance targets.
* Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
* Assist with general admin tasks during busy periods or staff absences.
Daily Duties:
* Manage and resolve customer service complaints and queries, working closely with clients and internal teams.
* Analyse customer care data and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
* Complete compliance reports and certificates in a timely manner.
* Monitor post-service reporting and ensure KPIs are met.
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure their effective deployment.
* Conduct audits of internal admin processes and provide additional training where necessary.
* Collaborate with the administration team on office supply management.
* Review and approve supplier purchase orders and invoices.
* Assist in job conversion and contract correspondence activities.
* Keep the digital compliance system updated with job progress notes.
* Support other members of the service delivery team as required.
Profile:
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in customer service-based roles.
* Qualifications in customer service and/or operations are desirable.
* Strong communication skills and ability to handle pressure.
* Detail-oriented, efficient, and organised team player.
* Assertive and calm under pressure.
