The Role:
As a Systems Integration Developer, you will design, develop, and implement technical solutions to integrate ERP, CRM, and manufacturing platforms. Your work will enable collaboration between sales and operations, ensuring systems are optimised and scalable to meet future business needs. You'll also lead specific projects aimed at enhancing system functionality across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse, develop, and improve data flows between sales systems, ERP platforms, and manufacturing processes to ensure seamless integration.
Design and implement integration solutions using tools like APIs, middleware, or ETL processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, production, and IT to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
Lead projects to optimise and scale business systems, supporting strategic goals.
Monitor and maintain system performance, troubleshooting issues to ensure reliability.
Document workflows, integration processes, and technical specifications to ensure knowledge is shared effectively.
Skills and Experience Required:
Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and integration with manufacturing platforms.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and their alignment with ERP systems.
Knowledge of middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and data integration technologies.
Proficient in database management (e.g., SQL) and programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI is a plus.
Familiarity with MES platforms (e.g., Siemens SIMATIC IT, Ignition) is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and integrate complex systems.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
