Job: Residential Therapeutic Senior Support Worker - Team Leader

Requirements:
* Recent experience working either as a Senior Support Worker / Team Leader in Children's Residential
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
* Understanding of issues relating to EBD and knowledge of relevant legislation
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and make informed decisions
* A genuine passion for supporting and guiding children
* Full UK Driving Licence.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and promote high standards of care and support for children with EBD
* Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation
* Collaborate with external agencies to provide the best possible care for children

* Up to £33,280 per annum, additional sleeps paid separately at £55 per sleep, up to 8 sleeps per month. In addition, there is a discretionary bonus program with performance bonuses allowing additional earnings of £1200 per year
