As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for translating vendor/technology growth plans internally and driving them in specific strategic segments. You will align with marketing on MDF (Market Development Funds) and with the wider sales organization on specialized opportunities.

Responsibilities:
* Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy.
* Negotiate key tenders and large deals with full knowledge of the vendor’s product/service line.
* Drive sales of the vendor portfolio, including new vendor onboarding and business development initiatives.
* Build successful proposals by understanding customer requirements and planning effective approaches.
* Take solution and service offerings to market, including TaaS.
* Own quarterly vendor business planning and execution.
* Manage vendor relationships and ensure value delivery to customers while maintaining margins.
* Enable and support sales teams to increase market share and share of wallet.
* Engage with vendors and stakeholders to position TD SYNNEX as a trusted advisor.
* Utilize CRM tools for business continuity.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of assigned vendor’s offerings.

* Understanding of strategic direction and challenges.
* Effective communication skills, both oral and written.

* Experience in services and solution selling.
