Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of projects, working closely with other business functions to ensure milestones are met.
* Project Management: Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring milestones are met and working closely with other business functions.
* Risk Management: Maintain the Risk Register, document actions, and track mitigation efforts.
* Financial Management: Control project budgets, monitoring expenditure against approved allocations.
* Communication: Present project overviews to key stakeholders at a senior level.
* Collaboration: Oversee due diligence, work with the project team to mitigate risks, and update the project action log.
* Design Assurance: Ensure design assurance by coordinating all aspects of design development.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate and communicate with the Construction team.
* Project Oversight: Oversee and update modeling inputs throughout the project lifecycle.
* Leadership: Lead project meetings and reviews with the project team.
* Documentation: Prepare Gate Papers by compiling information from the project team to influence stakeholders and support investment decisions.
* Compliance: Manage the HSE file to capture actions and decisions in line with CDM best practices.
* Relationship Building: Collaborate with all areas of the business, building relationships and working towards a common goal.
