We are seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to work on a full-time or part-time basis, providing essential classroom support when teachers are absent. The Role: Supervising classes and ensuring students remain engaged with pre-set work. Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Delivering a range of subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4 (subject knowledge not required). Supporting students in maintaining a productive learning environment. Requirments: Experience working with young people, that can be referenced Confidence in leading a classroom and managing student behaviour. A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
