The role will include working within the inpatient and community setting delivering diabetes care and structured patient education in line with the national and best practice guidance.
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual who is looking for the opportunity to work within diabetes as part of a multidisciplinary team. In this exciting position you will have the opportunity to develop your diabetes skills & knowledge, teaching skills, contribute to service projects as well as quality audits.
