→ Manage and maintain a portfolio of SME clients across various industries
→ Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business inquiries
→ Use Acturis daily to process policies and manage client records efficiently
→ Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure the best outcomes for clients
→ Build strong client relationships, providing expert advice and a high level of service

→ Experienced Commercial Account Handler with knowledge of SME insurance policies
→ Strong proficiency in Acturis
→ Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client service
→ Ability to manage a varied workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
