This role is 16hours per week.
You will take an activerole to engage with residents to promote safe and secureindependent living, ensuring an engaging vibrant environment toreduce isolation. Providing advice on rent and service charges,assisting with benefits claims and supporting customers with theirfinancial needs. You will work with the internal Places for Peopleincome recovery team to reduce rent arrears.
AtPlaces for People, we prioritise our dedication to saferrecruitment. Therefore, an Enhanced DBS check is mandatory for thisposition.

It is essentialthat you have experience/knowledge of housing management, socialcare and/or wellbeing of Retirement living services. You willpossess good computer skills with knowledge of all Microsoft Officeapplications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal,with the ability to build great relationships with both customersand colleagues is required. It is important that you have agood mix of ‘team player' attributes but also the ability to workeffectively using your own initiative; as their will, be an elementof lone working. You will also have an awareness of Health &Safety.
The ideal applicant will have experienceof manging anti-social behaviour and challengingsituations.
