Cleaning Supervisor
Inverness - Millburn Academy
Permanent – Part-time – 35 hours
Salary up to £24,752 per annum Pro rata

About the role:
As a new position the Cleaning Supervisor will lead a Team. You will supervise and manage all works completed by the team of 12 cleaners ensuring safety, quality, and cost standards, likely to get involved in carrying out work directly as well. The role will involve the cleaning and maintenance of the development, being proactively involved in social and community activities and contributing to the smooth daily running of school.
What you need to have:
* Supervisory experience
* Cleaning experience
* Experience of working on a management contract in a cleaning capacity
* Good written & verbal communication skills.
* Numeracy skills
* Able to understand & follow standard operating procedures. Able to use a PDA following training.
* Client Focused and understanding of what makes a good team.
* Full UK driving licence,
* Able to work alone or as part of a team, demonstrates company values.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
