About the role: The successful incumbent will provide a professional and efficient reception service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our members and visitors, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers. Key responsibilities include (Please see JD for full requirements): Acknowledge members by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately as they enter and leave the building and ensure all members sign in upon entry. Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls or emails in a courteous manner. Respond to memberships enquiries and undertake tours of the H&F club. Take bookings utilising the computerised booking system, manage enquiries and waiting lists for classes. Ensure up to date class timetable information is available and displayed within the reception area for members to see and have access to.
