Who You Are You are a dedicated and professionally qualified Social Worker with at least 2 years of post-qualification practice experience. You possess a current HCPC Social Work Registration and have a commitment to strengths-based practice. You are adept at supporting adults with care and support needs, as well as mentoring and supporting the professional development of colleagues through supervision. You are equipped with enhanced knowledge of relevant legislation and are able to effectively integrate into a multi-agency environment. What the job involves This role involves managing a varied and complex caseload with a focus on assessment, care, and support planning. You will be expected to engage in the implementation and review of care plans, undertake needs assessments in line with the Care Act 2014, and work closely with safeguarding specialists. You will deputize for the Lead Practitioner when necessary and supervise up to four non-registered social care practitioners and social work students. You will also focus on value-for-money care packages, build support networks, and maintain comprehensive case records.
