We are seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor, with a minimum of 4 years PQE to join the successful property team at a fabulous regional firm, offering planned routes of progression and fantastic staff retention.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Run a full caseload that will include: Sales and Purchase, Landlord and Tenant matters, Bank Funding, etc.
2. Participate in Business Development activities to increase the presence of the team across the NW.
