£33,251 - £35,579 / £18.22 - £19.50 per hour (including shift allowance and Distant Islands Allowance)
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Community Learning and Development Team for an Employability Keyworker. As an Employability Keyworker, you will work with individuals and organizations to plan, develop, and deliver personalized employability support to enable individuals to increase their confidence, skills, and knowledge, reach their potential, and make positive and sustained future transitions towards their goals.
Candidates should hold an SVQ3/HNC or equivalent SCQF level 6 qualification in Community Learning and Development or a related qualification and have experience working in a Community Learning and Development, social care, or health setting.
You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Orkney to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
This post is subject to membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme in respect of regulated work with adults.
