You will be required to collate and analyse related information, informing the future development and focus of the Schools’ strategy. This role will also work closely with the Access and Participation Team, ensuring that the commitments of AUB’s Access and Participation Plan, specifically those targets around the recruitment of disadvantaged groups, are delivered. The post holder will not just be an advocate for AUB, but an advocate for creative education. The successful candidate will have excellent public speaking and presentation skills and ideally hold a degree or be able to demonstrate relevant experience. You will have strong interpersonal, project management and organisation skills. You will be able to evidence your experience of delivering presentations to a range of audiences and your ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
