Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for payroll and administration? We're looking for a Payroll & Office Administrator to join our dynamic team and ensure smooth payroll processing and accurate record-keeping.
* Part time: 16-24hrs a week
* Completely flexible on hours (half days/full days)
* £13.75ph
What You'll Do:
✅ Payroll & Attendance Management
* Collate and process weekly time and attendance data.
* Maintain and update holiday, sickness, and absence records in the system.
* Identify and resolve unallocated absences, working with department managers.
* Assist employees with payroll, holiday, and sickness queries .
✅ Accurate Record-Keeping
* Maintain up-to-date records for overtime, sickness (statutory & company), and absences .
* Ensure both electronic and paper personnel records are accurate and organised.
✅ Payroll Processing
* Update employee details (salary, tax codes, hours, etc.).
* Process payroll adjustments via the PayCom system .
* Upload and verify payroll data, ensuring accuracy before submission.
* Send pay notifications to employees and handle any queries or adjustments.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Strong attention to detail & accuracy.
✔ Experience in payroll processing and office administration.
✔ Proficiency in payroll software (PayCom experience is a plus!).
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
