Job Description Are you passionate about providing first-class support and helping deliver transformative learning experiences? As a Programme Assistant within our client's Central Services & Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their programme teams to empower leaders who change the world. You’ll gain valuable exposure to various programme formats, including live online, digital, face-to-face, and blended deliveries. This diverse role involves preparing programme materials, managing equipment and merchandise, and assisting with live sessions, both in-person and online. Flexibility is key, as some programmes may require long working hours and occasional weekend availability. Primarily based in Cambridge City Centre, the role offers hybrid remote working with at least two days onsite in Cambridge, and more as needed. Key Responsibilities: Programme Delivery Support: Assist the Programme Manager in the setup of venues, equipment, and materials. Source and maintain merchandise for face-to-face programmes and manage supplier relationships. Coordinate participant logistics, such as walking groups to venues and handling last-minute faculty requests. Support in-session needs, including acting as a point of contact for faculty and participants. Live Online Programme Delivery Support: Prepare and manage in-house studios for live sessions. Act as the online host on Zoom or Teams, managing breakout rooms, whiteboards, and polls. Assist in auditing and editing video and chat materials during sessions. About You: A customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of event management and high-level customer service. Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining quality and driving continuous improvement. Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines. Strong communication skills, both spoken and written. Collaborative and flexible team player with the ability to work independently. Proficient in modern office and learning technology, particularly Teams and Zoom. Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as required by programme schedules.
