Who we are?
BRIX is set in an 8,500 sqft warehouse in the heart of London Bridge, minutes from the Tate modern, Bankside & Borough market.
The space is split across our main dining hall, lounge bar, private dining rooms and late night basement bar.
We showcase great British seasonal and sustainable produce, inspired by New York's meat packer district and Brooklyn's all day dining scene.
We offer gourmet street food, aged meats, locally sourced fish, craft beers, brunch & bespoke cocktails.
