The Growth Company’s (GC) Justice Services is hiring a Operations Manager to lead a team of Service Managers to ensure the successful delivery of a portfolio of Ministry of Justice (MOJ) Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Evolution Contracts and to deliver Key Performance Indicators and interventions for participants to the performance expectations of the Ministry of Justice CFO commissioners.

Our skilled advisers and keyworkers assist a diverse range of individuals, from those recently out of work to those facing complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health, benefits, and debt.
This is a Northwest/Regional role with hubs in Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, Blackpool, Preston, and Blackburn. Your base activity hub will be determined upon offer.
Interviews will take place on Monday 17th March and Tuesday 18th March.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the successful delivery of contracts for the Ministry of Justice CFO Evolution commissioners.
2. Deliver the contracted volume of interventions required for His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service.
3. Achieve contractual Key Performance Indicators and interventions for the specified number of participants within the required hours and complexity.
4. Lead and support a team of Service Managers to drive high levels of contractual performance and compliance.
5. Take full responsibility for P&L account results for the contract portfolio.
6. Deliver high-quality and compliant services to service users, in collaboration with the GC Compliance team and the Curriculum and Quality Improvement Manager.
7. Ensure services are delivered with integrity and probity.
About You:
1. Effective leader with strong staff management skills.
2. Confident presenter to commissioners and stakeholders.
3. Proficient in producing high-standard written reports.
4. Skilled in interpreting and producing financial information, such as Profit & Loss accounts.
5. Fluent user of ICT.
Skills Required:
1. Extensive experience in people management at scale.
2. Proven track record in managing teams within the justice sector, both custodial and community settings.
3. Budget management responsibility.
4. Demonstrated success in achieving tangible performance results.
5. In-depth understanding of the Justice Sector and contract interventions/services.
6. Working knowledge of people management principles and employment law.
7. Strong grasp of financial information.
