About this opportunity: We’re looking for a dedicated and driven copy writer to join our dynamic Digital Content & Experience team within the Business & Commercial division of Lloyds Banking Group. In this role you'll craft customer-centric copy for our public website and digital baking apps that is clear, simple, transparent and aligned with our brand tone of voice. Collaborating with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders, your role will be essential to creating copy that meets customer needs, drives engagement and delivers business outcomes. Competitor and industry desk research to ensure content remains fresh, innovative and aligned with customer expectations. Writing digital content for a variety of topics, from products to helpful business guides to help and support messages Multi-channel copy. Join us on our journey and you will too What you’ll need: A portfolio of work showcasing your work in digital channels including website and mobile with a focus on brand tone, UX, accessibility and SEO Remarkable ability to communicate optimally in written and verbal formats, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and grammar. A deep understanding of writing to brand tone appropriate to channel and content type. Experience writing both long and short form content across a variety of topics for customer facing websites. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced collaborative environment Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe skills. Strong partner management and influencing skills.
