SAP Business Analyst - Concur, P2P & Card Reconciliation Business Analyst - Concur & SAP P2P Reconciliation Robert Half is supporting a global consulting firm in their search for a Business Analyst with expertise in Concur, SAP P2P, and reconciliation. This role is part of a large financial transformation project, closing legacy Concur systems, migrating to a corporate-wide version, and transitioning card systems. The position is not technical but requires strong reconciliation experience and good communication skills to engage with the business effectively. Assignment Details Location: West London (Hybrid & infrequent/rare travel to Poland which will be expensed) Duration: Until end of December (initial contract, potential extension) Hourly Rate: £50-£60 per hour via FCSA-accredited umbrella Start Date: ASAP, subject to onboarding due to financial & Criminal checks can take 1-2 weeks. Key Responsibilities Reconcile large volumes of card data within Concur and SAP P2P. Support the transition to the corporate version of Concur and help standardise processes. Work closely with finance and business teams to resolve reconciliation issues. Provide first-line support for Concur-related queries. Utilise strong Excel skills for data validation and reconciliation analysis. Engage with stakeholders across multiple teams, including finance, procurement, and IT. Key Requirements Strong hands-on experience with Concur and SAP P2P reconciliation. Excellent reconciliation experience ( essential ). Good communication skills to work closely with the business. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation). First-line support experience related to Concur is a plus. ServiceNow experience is a nice-to-have. Additional Information The card team is based in Warsaw, with no dedicated card reconciliation resource in London.
