We’re set up for success - product led, at the heart of the business and targeting growth in all that we do. As a Product Manager at ASOS you’ll work in a cross-functional team, singularly focussed on a strategic priority for the business. Setting ambitious goals, you’ll lead on creating innovative solutions for our customers. A proactive problem solver you’ll work with you team and stakeholders to inspire our customers at every touchpoint.
You will:
* Work closely with Senior Product Managers to help drive the vision and strategy for the product area.
* Use a combination of conviction, data, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunity areas and build your roadmap.
* Champion a ‘test and learn’ approach to develop products and features, all with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
* Be forward in sharing learnings, failures and what not to design and build as a result of your tests.
* Regularly update stakeholders about the performance of your product area and use this as a backdrop for product recommendations or decisions.
* Be the go-to person for one of our awesome engineering teams, covering everything from the product strategy to the detail of a user story.
* Engage with other product managers and designers at ASOS to achieve results and learn from each other.
Qualifications
You have:
* The desire to drive both delivery and discovery processes.
* A curious mind that enables you to self-learn about new customer problem areas or opportunities.
* A strong belief in the role and value of data, and are not afraid to test and learn, using these feedback loops to continuously improve the product.
* A superpower that enables you to combine active listening with being inquisitive with people across engineering, customer care, retail, marketing, and finance.
* Experience collaborating with product design, engineering teams and insights (and beyond!) to successfully get your products to market
* A skill of taking people on a journey as we instil a product mindset across ASOS.
* Passion to work at ASOS!
