We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager to join the projects team and help the business deliver market-leading ecommerce services for clients across the UK and Europe. If you have a technical background and would be confident bridging the gap between the client and the development team, we want to speak to you. About You API Integration Project experience e.g CRM & 3PL Good planning skills Excellent communication skills Meticulous attention to detail Great time management and organisational skills Confidence dealing with clients Experience dealing directly with designers and developers Problem solving capabilities Experience handling projects of varying sizes Experience working in a busy environment And Ideally Experience / Qualifications: Agile, Prince 2, Waterfall Experience with Job Management Systems e.g JIRA / Atlassian Products Experience with Stakeholders/Client Requirements & Timelines Shopify Project or Website Migration experience Role & Responsibilities Internal Communication: Liaising with Internal Stakeholders/Management, Design Team & Development Team. External Communication: Liaising with External Stakeholders. Projects: Key Projects - Large to Small. Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of projects, on time and on budget. Capacity Planning: Provide Management with delivery timelines and capacity status. Scheduling: Allocation of workloads for timely delivery. Red Flags: Escalate any problems in order to rectify: E.G Change in scope, running late, resource/capacity difficulties etc. Identify and deal with dependencies. QA: Quality Control & Testing. Documentation & Structure: Throughout the processes, act as Meeting Chair / Mediator, and where required provide agendas, ensure notes are taken, action points (actioned after meeting) and circulated to relevant parties. Delivery: Responsible for timely progression of jobs and ensuring jobs are delivered in line with the capacity planning estimates. Tools & Systems: Champion of the preferred tools and systems for job management. Ongoing management, configuration and implementation. Data & Reporting: Standardising client reports, include client reporting.
