Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated, hard-working individual to join our team as a Tutor with the potential to take on a managerial role in the future. This position is for 2 days a week and offers the opportunity for career progression into the management of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions to primary and secondary students in Maths and English (Maths is the priority).
* Help students prepare for exams with a strong understanding of exam boards and curriculum requirements.
* Use initiative and creativity to make lessons dynamic and cater to individual student needs.
* Work closely with the management team, eventually moving towards a leadership position where you will help manage the day-to-day running of the centre.
Qualifications & Skills:
* You must be a fully qualified teacher (QTS) with a current DBS on the update system.
* Ideally, you will have qualifications in Maths and English, with experience teaching both primary and secondary students.
* Experience with exam boards and an understanding of the exam process is preferred.
* We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, motivated, and can bring new ideas to the table.
* A proactive attitude, a passion for teaching, and the desire to take on more responsibility as you grow into the role.

Hours & Salary:
* Weekdays after 4 pm and Saturdays, with flexibility depending on the candidate.
